Meet our Coaching Staff

Lexi Ramirez

Varsity Co-Coach

Coach Lexi began dancing at the age of three and continued into high school, dancing for McFarland Dance Team until she graduated.

Her coaching career began shortly after high school when she took over the program from 2011 to 2018. She took a brief break to continue her education, get married and focus on her career from 2018 to 2021 while she assisted with the Stoughton Dance Team and sat on the Board of Directors for WACPC during this time.

Coach Lexi has experience in ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, kick, pom, and hip hop, both as a performer and instructor. She has choreographed many state qualifying routines for her teams and choreographed for the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse in 2018.

When she isn't coaching, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dog Drax. Coach Lexi works as the On-Premise Sales Manager for Red Bull North America in Wisconsin.

Amber Schroedl

Varsity Co-Coach

Coach Amber has been dancing since she was three years old, beginning at local studios and eventually joining the high school dance team. Later on, Amber danced for a year in college before starting her coaching career.

Amber began coaching in 2013 at Waukesha South High School and shortly moved home to be an assistant for the McFarland High School Dance Team in 2014. In her years at McFarland, Amber also took on the role of head coach for the Indian Mound Middle School Dance team before leaving the coaching world to focus on her career. During the break, Amber still enjoyed helping in the dance community wherever she could; choreographing, cleaning routines, attending WACPC events, and designing custom costuming.

In her spare time, Amber enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dog Rocky. She loves finding new places to travel to and explore. Coach Amber also works as a Sales Engineer at a software company based in McFarland.

Annie Balthazor

In high school, she was chosen as team captain for two years and helped lead her team to State many times. She was also selected as a top soloist for WACPC and named to the D2 All-State Dance Team. Annie later took her love for dance to college, where she danced on the University of Milwaukee Panther Dance team.

Annie is currently studying at the University of Wisconsin - Madison, where she plans to graduate to pursue a career as a Dietitian.

Coach Annie has always loved being a leader and loves to watch individuals grow and achieve their goals. Watching her team work hard and display a passion for their sport is one of her favorite aspects of coaching.
