Coach Lexi began dancing at the age of three and continued throughout high school as a member of the McFarland Dance Team. Her lifelong passion for dance inspired her to pursue coaching and share her love of the sport with future generations of dancers.
Her coaching career began shortly after high school when she led the McFarland Dance Team program from 2011 to 2018. From 2018 to 2021, she took a brief step back from the program to continue her education, focus on her career, and get married. During that time, she remained actively involved in the dance community by assisting with the Stoughton Dance Team and serving on the Board of Directors for WACPC.
Coach Lexi has experience in ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, kick, pom, and hip hop as both a performer and instructor. Throughout her coaching career, she has choreographed numerous state-qualifying routines and was selected to choreograph for the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse in 2018. In 2025, she helped lead the McFarland Dance Team to its first state championship title in program history with a Division 2 Jazz championship, along with several top-five state finishes.
Outside of coaching, Lexi enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her dogs, Drax and Loki. She currently works as a National Field Support Manager for Red Bull North America.
