Meet our Coaching Staff

Coach Lily began dancing at a young age taking ballet and jazz classes, and became more involved with dance once she joined and danced for the McFarland High School Dance Team. After graduating, Lily danced in college at the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater. 

Lily began her coaching career in 2022, joining the McFarland Dance Team as Head Coach of the middle school team and Assistant Coach for the high school team. In 2025, she assisted with coaching the McFarland Dance Team to their first ever state title in D2 Jazz. 

Coach Lily graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison with her degree in Elementary Education, and works as a 4K teacher in McFarland. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dogs Bam-Bam, Oliver, and Rudy.
